Otterbein College Business
The Business Office is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, and tax and other regulatory compliance matters and includes the following functions:
• Student Accounts handles the billing and collection of student tuition & fees, room, board and other miscellaneous charges.
• The Student Loan Office services Federal Perkins and Otterbein Institutional loans.
• Accounts Payable directs the timely and accurate payment of invoices for goods and services, and related duties.
• Payroll is responsible for paying the faculty, staff and students, withholding and filing the related taxes and maintaining the labor distribution.
• General Accounting supervises the College's financial and tax reporting, and oversees the general ledger, the monthly close process, travel and other expense reimbursements, cashiering function, endowment accounting, and accounting policies and procedures.
